You CAN buy any inducement in the rule book (with race restrictions per the rule book)
You can buy Star players (after you buy 11 players first)
After you buy players you can add Primary chosen skills to players (NO secondary skills may be added), you can only have one player that has two added skills max)
Also, only three of the same skill can be added (yes only 3 guard skill for you bloody dwarfs)
Example: a zombie is 40k, add a chosen primary skill, it turns to 60k in value, so once all your skills are added, you can have a TV 1460 MAX.
Using FAQ Star player price increases.
Tournament Rules:
3 games in one day. 1st Round will be random pairings. Rounds 2, and 3 will be Swiss pairing.
***NOTE*** ANY CURRENT ROSTERS, Rules, Spikes, or Errata that are RELEASED and PUBLISHED will considered tournament legal.
-Weather will be rolled by the Top Table at the start of each match and will apply to everyone’s games at the start of each round. Weather table in the 2020 rulebook will be used.
-The Kickoff table in the 2020 Rulebook will be used.
-Any official team in the 2020 Rulebook or published Spike (which will take the place of 2020 Rulebook Team) is considered legal. In addition, Slann will also be available to be used.
-Tournament will be a resurrection style tournament. So any injuries your team suffers will not carry over to the next game, and any SPPs they earn will also be erased. The roster you start the tournament with will be the same for each round you play.
-Coaches will have 1460000 TV limit on building their rosters. Team MAY use star players (after they purchase 11 players).
- Highlander rule is IN effect (if both teams have the same Star player, that Star player can NOT be used during that match)
Illegal Procedure:
In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called.
The Tournament Moderator will give time warnings.
Please be a sporting coach and play at a pace that will allow you to finish your games.
Scoring:
Win=60 points
Tie=25 points
Loss= 0 points
Tie Breaker: Net TD’s plus Net Casualties. If Needed Opponent strength schedule.
Sportmanship:
Sportsmanship is not encouraged from the coaches, it is required! To make sure that everyone who attends will have fun.
The Tournament directors will issue a warning to anyone who is taking away from the fun environment we are looking for. If the behavior continues you will be asked to leave the tournament. Arguing with the tournament directors or in any way showing them up can also result in a warning.
***An important note on sportsmanship: Fouling 16 turns in a row or running up the score is not poor sportsmanship. But gloating and ridiculing your opponent while doing so is. Remember we are here to have a good time.

The Reliquary Gaming Blood Bowl Open event will be a NAF sponsored event. Anyone playing who isn’t a NAF member yet and would like to join MUST sign up online, prior to signing up for the tourney. If you have EVER been a NAF member, all I need is your NAF number. Current NAF membership is only required to login to the NAF.
