There are many nearby places where you can buy lunch over the 30 minute lunch break, and Gemini Games sell snacks and drinks, be sure to buy some snacks to show Gemini we appreciate being able to use their space!
You are required to bring:
Your painted team. Each player must be clearly recognizable as the positional they represent, and be numbered (either on the model or the base). Additional skills are suggested to be marked as needed.
2 print copies of your roster, one for you and one for your opponent.
At least 1D8, 2D6, 1D16 and a set of 3 blocking dice.
A mobile device that you can use Tourplay on.
Bring a pitch, dugouts and a ball token if you have them. We have a few on hand but the more people who bring pitches, the less likely we are to have coaches without.
Halloween costumes encouraged! There will be a best costume vote alongside the best painted vote!
Rules:
RULESET: The Blood Bowl Second Season (BB2020) ruleset, current FAQ and Errata, and NAF tournament rules will be followed for this tournament.
GAMES: 3 games total, resurrection format (teams reset after each game, no SPP or injuries). First round random pairings, following rounds swiss pairings.
TIME LIMITS: Games will be scheduled at 2 hours each, with no overtime, please keep turns to 4 minutes or below (you may use turn timers if both coaches agree) and try to play quickly so we stay on schedule.
WEATHER: The ‘dark of night’ weather table from Spike! 11, page 18 will be used instead of the standard weather table. A copy is included in this document at page 5.
KICK-OFF TABLE: The Sylvanian Kick-Off table from Spike! 11, page 19 will be used instead of the standard kick-off table. A copy is included in this document at page 6.
INDUCEMENTS: All inducements are bought at team generation, petty cash is not generated and team values will not be considered in the pre-game sequence.
STAR PLAYERS: For the purposes of hiring star players, all teams are considered to have the ‘Sylvanian Spotlight’ special rule, alongside all other team special rules.

STARTING GOLD: Coaches are given a starting gold piece allowance of 1,200,000 for the purposes of selecting players, team rerolls, sideline staff and purchasing any inducements permitted. This is separate from the inclusion of additional skills, which will be
covered below.

Current GW MEGA STARS (see current FAQ) Bomber Dribblesnot, Deeproot Strong Branch, Morg n Thorg, Griff Oberwald, Hackflem Skuttlespike, and Kreek Rustgouger cost 18 SPP (not 12).
PLEASE NOTE that teams without Sylvanian Spotlight will be unable to hire Professer Fronkenlheim or Sylvanian Spotlight star players on Tourplay. If you intend to run a non-Sylvanian Spotlight team with one of these inducements, please let me know after you have registered your team, so that I can manually add the inducement to your team’s notes.
