Tournament rules will be based on the official Blood Bowl 2020 rules + Team de légende and Addon naf (for additional rosters).
Creating the rosters
Each roster has a budget of 1,120,000 gold coins to buy players, boosters (0-8), assistants (0-6), cheerleaders (0-12), an apothecary (0-1 depending on the roster), dedicated fans (0-6), as well as the following boosts:
- 0-2 champions (Mega Star or champions with the "bomber" trait are forbidden. The use of special powers will also be forbidden during the tournament).
- 0-3 bribes (50k for "Blackmail and Corruption" rosters, 100k for all other rosters)
- 0-1 halfling cook (100k for halflings, 300k for all other rosters)
- 0-2 Budweiser kegs (50k)
- 0-1 rampaging beginners (100k, only for "Linemen at Vil Prix" rosters)
- 0-1 Hire a funeral assistant
- 0-1 Hire a weather wizard
- 0-1 Hire a plague doctor
NB:
- You must have recruited 11 players before you can hire a champion.
- If two teams have recruited the same champion, he will play for both teams.
Adding Skills
Each coach has 24 SPPs to distribute among the players in his roster, subject to the following rules:
- No more than one additional skill per player
- No additional skill on a champion or giant
- A primary skill costs 6 SPPs
- A secondary skill costs 12 SPPs
- No random skills
Distribution of tiers
- Tier 0: Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Undead, Skaven, Underworld
- Tier 1: Amazons, Humans, Necromancers, Nordics, Wood Elves, Lizardmen
- Tier 2: High Elves, Old World Alliance, Khemris, Elven Union, Noblesse, Slanns
- Tier 3: Chaos Pact, Nurgles, Chaos, Khornes, Black Orcs, Vampires, Snotlings
- Tier 4: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres
At the start of each match, 6spp / tier difference will be given to the team with the lower tier (for the duration of the match only).
Example: A Nurgle will have 18 SPP to spend on a match against a Chaos Dwarf.

The Octobowl D8
Like every year, the famous Octobowl D8 will spice up the matches. But this time, we'll keep it simple. The D8 will offer a skill (identical for both coaches) to put on a player who doesn't yet have any added skills in addition to his basic skills.
The dice will only be rolled once the bonus SPP for tier deviation has been spent.
