The Melon Field Bowl 4 Tournament will take place on the 8th of October 2023 at Mox Games (Gaming Club), zh.k. Hipodruma 24, 1612 Sofia, Bulgaria.
REGISTRATION
The tournament is limited to 24 players. Preregistration is possible at deyan.paskalev@gmail.com. Please send your roster to this email, too. If there are free slots on the day of the tournament, coaches can also register at the tournament place.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
• Your team
• 4 copies of your roster
• Dice (1d8, 3 block dice), Blood Bowl board, dugouts, and templates (some of these will be on-hand, but better safe than sorry).
• A pen
• Having your team painted is not a requirement but is preferable.
WHAT YOU GET
• 3 Games of Blood Bowl.
• 2 Melon Field Bowl D6 Dice
• Chance to win some of the awards: Tournament Champion, Runner-up, Stunty Cup Winner, Most Casualties, Most Touchdowns, Best Painted Team, Fair Play, and Wooden Spoon.

TEAM CREATION RULES
• You are given 1,150,000 gold pieces to create your team
• You MUST have at least 11 players on your roster before adding star players.
• You may purchase players, re-rolls, dedicated fans, assistant coaches, cheerleaders, apothecary, bribes, bloodwizer kegs, master chef, 1-2 Star players.
• Journeymen, Mercenaries, Special Play Cards, Wizards, Infamous Staff, and other inducements are not allowed. The only exceptions are presented above.
• If two coaches would have the same Star Player in a game, BOTH teams may use the player.
• The following teams will be eligible to win the Stunty Cup: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres, Snotlings.
According to their tier teams will be given a different number of upgrade points (UP) which they can spend to improve their squads. Primary skills cost 1 UP; Secondary skills cost 2 UP; Adding Star players cost an additional 4 UP per star player.
Tier 1: Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Orcs, Shambling Undead, Wood Elf – 6 UP.
Tier 2: Amazon, High Elf, Human, Necromantic Horror, Norse, Skaven, Underworld Denizens 7 UP.
Tier 3: Chaos Renegade, Elven Union, Khorne,Slann, Tomb Kings, Vampire - 8 UP.
Tier 4: Black Orc, Chaos Chosen, Imperial Nobility, Nurgle, Old World Alliance – 9 UP.
Tier 5: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres, Snotlings – 11 UP
* The tournament uses the new Vampire rules (September 2023.)
• Players may not be upgraded for more than 3 UP.
• Players may not get more than two skill upgrades.
• Teams may not add more than 2 secondary skills
• Teams may not use the same skill upgrade more than 4 times.
• Star players may not be upgraded.
The Tournament is “Resurrection Style” (rosters reset after each round).

Win – 2 points; Draw – 1 point; Loss - 0 points.
