TEAM BUILDING
You are given 1,000,000gp to purchase players, re-rolls, apothecaries, cheerleaders, assistant coaches, fans, and rostered inducements. Teams from the Second Season rulebook/Spike! Magazines, GW Teams of Legend, and NAF approved team lists (Slann) are permitted. This will be a "Resurrection" Style tournament, meaning at the end of each match all SPP gained & all injuries received will be deleted before the start of your next match! Any unused gold will be forfeited.
Inducements
All inducements are allowed to be rostered with the exception of Mercenaries (including the Giant, sorry), and Special Play Cards. To reiterate, Mercenaries of any kind and Special Play Cards are NOT PERMITTED.
Star Players
You must have 11 rostered players BEFORE hiring a Star. Star Players MAY NOT receive additional skills or stat bonus'. Apothecaries and inducements CANNOT be used on Stars. The "Highlander'' Rule will be in effect, meaning, if both coaches have the same Star Player NEITHER may take the field. You may induce Star Players based on the Tier List below:
Tier 1 (NO Star Player)

Tier 2 (0-1 Star Player NO “Mega Stars”)

After Team creation, you get a budget of gp based on the tier list on the previous page.

There is NO LIMIT to the number of skills a player may take (ex You could give your Snotling Pump Wagon: Block, Jump Up, Pile Driver, and Sneaky Git).
You MAY NOT purchase more than TWO of the same skill (ex an Amazon team may only give up to two players Block).
Any unused gold from the skills budget will be lost.
SPECIAL RULES
Welcome to Blitzburgh!
When an opposition player is Knocked Down by a Block that was part of a Blitz Action, you may apply an additional +1 modifier to the AV roll or Injury roll for each “POW" that was not chosen as the Block Result.
Kick-off
A result of "6- Cheering Fans" will be changed to:
“Both coaches roll a D6 and add the number of Cheerleaders on their roster. The coach with the highest total gains one extra team re-roll for the drive ahead. If this team re-roll is not used before the end of this drive, it is lost. In the case of a tie, neither coach gains an extra re-roll.”

Weather will always start each match as being considered "Perfect".
