Rules:
-1.2 Million Build. 11 Players must be purchased prior to any star players being purchased.
-Tier 1: Three Primary Skills, One Secondary (Skills cannot be stacked)
-Tier 2: Four Primary Skills, One
Secondary (Skills cannot be stacked)
-Tier 3: Four Primary Skills, Two Secondary (Skills cannot be stacked)
-Tier 4: Five Primary Skills, Two Secondary (Skills can be stacked)
-All inducements are allowed for purchase.

Casualties - All casualties count for bonus points. If you self inflict a casualty, your opponent will earn them.

-Tiebreakers are decided by date of registration for the tournament. The sooner you sign up, the better chance you are going to win tiebreakers!

Special Star Players: “Mascots” from each city. Randomly select a mascot to join your team each round. If you are able to field this Mascot, you must.
The Mascots - In addition to be ambassadors of the game, they also count as 2 Casualties for the purpose of bonus points if your opponent injures them.
