Information
Welcome to AnAnAs Cup

This is a Naf Sanctioned 4 player -Squad Blood Bowl Tournament, first NAF team tournament in Finland.
The AnAnAs Cup has been played as way to settle the best League in the metropolitan area of Helsinki. OMG is the current champion.
Usually this has been huge fun with a lot of dri.. Laughter

There are two victories to be won in this tournament:

Tournament winning squad - Best Squad over all.

The Kultainen AnAnAs Trophy

To win the Kultainen AnAnAs trophy all players of the squad need to represent One league in Finland. They need to be in the league in the current season or the last running season.
The trophy represents the bragging rights of the toughest league in Finland.
The winning AnAnAs Trophy team has two options:
Take the trophy with them AND commit to organise the Kultainen AnAnAs in 2025
Leave the trophy (with their names of course) at the OMG store and OMG will organise the tournament again in 2025.

Also the best over all player will be rewarded.

To participate sign up to https://ohmygame.fi/event/-NkRUuV-uucT1CDYcwFY in the following manner:

[Squad name] Player Nic or name, NAF number. e.g.

[OMG Outcasts] RatOgre, 22007

When the squad has made the choices to the rosters, send them to niko.lonnberg@gmail.com for checking NO LATER than 8.2.2024

Single players: please sign up for the event as [SINGLE] in the Squad name. Once 4 plaeyers have signed up they can form a legal squad. Sorry this is the only way and single players as such are not allowed.
A Squad can have a spare player as long as the Squad creation rules are followed. The player can not changed at a whim but pre-annonced changes are permitted. e.g. Jukka is not going to be able to play the last game, Sami will play that one. The organiser is informed of this in advance: OK.

Price: 25€ NAF / 35€ No NAF per Coach
The organisers strongly recommend joining the NAF (10€/5€) which not only gives you the statistics but also the yeraly gift of dice and counters.

AnAnAs is run using Bloodbowl Second Season (2020) Exhibition play rules. Swiss System is used for pairing. Tournament is NAF approved. This is a resurrection tournament, no SPP are gained, and injuries, casualties or deaths do not carry on from one game to the next.

Team Building
Team Building rules will follow Eurobowl 2024.

Each player may pick a team from the list below with available TV and skills per team detailed below. Any unspent gold and SP are considered lost and teams are considered to be with even TV. Only inducements bought with starting gold can be used.

Tier 1: Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Shambling Undead, Underworld Denizens.
Tier 2: Amazons, Norse, Orcs, Skaven, Wood Elves
Tier 3: High Elves, Humans, Necromantic Horror, Tomb Kings, Elven Union, Vampires.
Tier 4: Chaos Renegades, Khorne, Old World Alliance, Slann.
Tier 5: Black Orcs, Chaos Chosen, Imperial Nobility, Nurgle.
Tier 6: Goblins, Ogres, Halflings, Snotlings.

Team building rules
A coach must take the appropriate Starting Gold and Skill Points (SP), according to his/her Tier. Taken skills do not count towards the TV of the team and TV can exceed starting gold after skills.

Tier 1: 1150k & 06 SP, maximum 1 secondary skill
Tier 2: 1160k & 07 SP, maximum 1 secondary skill
Tier 3: 1170k & 08 SP, maximum 2 secondary skills
Tier 4: 1180k & 09 SP, maximum 2 secondary skills
Tier 5: 1190k & 10 SP, maximum 3 secondary skills
Tier 6: 1200k & 11 SP, unlimited secondary skills

Primary Skill = 1 SP
Secondary Skill = 2 SP

0-8 Re-Rolls, cost depending on race.
0-6 Assistant coaches for 10k.
0-12 Cheerleaders for 10k.
0-1 Apothecary, depending on race.
1-6 Dedicated fans for 10k, Be aware that every team begins with 0 in Dedicated fans.

Inducements
0-1 Team Mascot for 30k available to all teams.
0-1 Weather Mage for 30k available to all teams.
0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs each for 50k available to all teams.
0-3 Bribes for 100k each, for "Bribery and Corruption" teams 50k each.
0-1 Josef Bugman for 100k available to all teams.
0-1 Mortuary Assistant for 100k available to teams with the "Sylvanian Spotlight" special rule.
0-1 Plague Doctor for 100k available to teams with the "Favored of Nurgle" special rule.
0-2 Wandering Apothecaries for 100k available to teams that can include an apothecary.
0-1 Master Chef for 300k, for 100k available to teams with the "Halfling Thimble Cup" special rule.

Bribes
A roster cannot induce bribes if there is a player with the Sneaky Git skill AND/OR the Secret Weapon skill. Goblin and Snotling teams have managed to find a "legal" way to avoid this rule, so they can induce bribes while their roster contains players with the Secret Weapon skill BUT NOT the Sneaky Git skill.

Blessings
Each Squad is created by 4 coaches, each has to choose a different race to play.
Each Squad has 4 Squad Points to spend on Optional Packs, each optional pack can be used maximum 1
time in each Squad and the cost is as follows:
Optional Pack A: 1 Squad Point
Optional Pack B: 1 Squad Point
Optional Pack C: 2 Squad Point
Optional Pack D: 2 Squad Point

No Blessings (Vanilla Roster)
The roster is created with all the above rules.

Optional Pack A. Extra gold
One or more Skill Points can be exchanged for gold at a ratio of 30k per 1SP that will not be used. This MUST NOT take team value above 1200K before added skills.

Optional Pack B. Skill stacking
By losing a Skill Point, you are able to stack skills to players in your roster, limiting the use according to the tier.
1 Skill Stack for Tier 1-2,
2 Skill Stacks for Tier 3-4,
3 Skill Stacks for Tier 5-6.
Additional Primary Skills = 1 SP (Skill Stacking)
Additional Secondary Skills = 2 SP (Skill Stacking)
You only lose ONE Skill point regardless of the tier you have chosen.

Example: A High Elf team (tier 3) would lose 1 skill point to put 2 skill stackings on the roster.

Optional Pack C. Star Players
One (1) Star Player can be rostered for Tier 1-4 teams, up to two (2) Star Players can be rostered for Tier 5-6 teams.
Star Players in couples count as two Star Players for the roster.
For every Star Player acquired additional Skill Points cost as follows:
Star player cost:000-099k, lose 1 Skill point.
Star player cost:100-199k, lose 2 Skill points.
Star player cost:200-299k, lose 3 Skill points.
Star player cost:300k-399k, lose 4 skill points.

Banned Star Players
Griff Oberwald, Hakflem Skuttlespike, Morg 'n' Thorg, Bomber Dribblesnot, Cindy Piewhistle, Deeproot Strongbranch, Kreek Rustgouger, Estelle La Veneaux,Dribl & Drull, Varag Ghoul-Chewer, Skitter Stab-Stab.

The same Star Players cannot play in a game where both coaches have rostered them.

Optional Pack D. Extra skill point
One extra Skill Point is gained, as long as the usage of the Skill Points from the coach does not exceed in total 3 times that skill in the roster (including built-in skills). This extra skill should not exceed in total 3 times that skill in the roster too.

Example: A dark elf team with 4 blitzers, 2 witches and 5 LineElves can have this extra skill as long as the Skill Points from the tier and the extra Skill Point from the blessing do not add the Block skill because there are already more than 3 but not from the skill point usage, and can add maximum 1 more Dodge skill because there are already 2 in the roster and by spending 1 Skill Point the total number reaches 3.

Individual Scoring
Win = 2 points
Draw = 1 point
Lose = 0 points
Bye round or forced rest = 2 points

Squad Scoring
Win = 2 points
Draw = 1 point
Lose = 0 points
Bye round or forced rest = 2 points

Tiebreakers
1. Head-to-Head result
2. Strength of schedule (opponents total score)
3. TD difference (global)
4. CAS difference (global)

Timekeeping
- With a tight tournament schedule using a chess clock or similar for timekeeping is strongly recommended. (Players must bring their own chess clock or use a chess clock application on their mobile device.)
- When time is up if the game is still on going the players have 5 minutes to play until both players have played the same amount of turns.
- If one of the two Coaches facing off requests that a chess clock is implemented this must be implemented immediately dividing the remaining minutes (rounding down) by 2.
- We strongly recommend that a chess clock is implemented immediately if 60 minutes or less are left and at least one Coach is not in the 2nd turn of the 2nd half.
- Once implemented chess clocks can only be paused by a referee.
- Should a Coach’s time run out on the chess clock, during their turn, that Coach can only stand-up Players and turn stunned Players to the prone position.
- If a Coach suspects that their opponent is wasting time, they are to call a referee immediately.
