UPDATE SKITTER IS A MEGA STAR FOR THIS TOURNAMENT
GNOMES NOT ALLOWED
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61554348461150

•Each team has a total of 1.2 to 1.42 depending on the tier of the race chosen and must hire a minimum of 11 players. Any unspent cash at roster creation will be lost and all teams will be considered having the same Current Team Value (CTV) for the purpose of inducements and prayers to Nuffle.
• Cash given is also used to buy rerolls, assistant coaches, cheerleaders, apothecary
and so on. No Mercenaries.
• This is a resurrection tournament, so no SPP are gained, and injuries, casualties or deaths do not carry on from one game to other.
• Undead and Necromantic teams are allowed to apply the Masters of Undeath special rules. Players added to a team roster through a game as a result of those special rules are removed from the roster at the end of that game.
• Teams will consist of a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 16 players, including star players.
• Star players can only be induced after 11 regular players have already been rostered.
• Star players can’t be given extra skills from the team’s skill budget.
• If both opposing teams are fielding the same star player in a game, both star players are allowed to play
For this tournament there will be no restrictions other than your team’s gp value to make your team (except no mercenaries). You can have up to 6 upgrades per player (star players are not eligible). Costs are as follows:
Primary skill 20k
Secondary skill 40k
+1 AV 10k
+1 MA 20k
+1 PA 20k
+1 AG 40k
+1 ST 80k

All stars are eligible with no cost adjustment. However, if you hire a star player, anytime that star player is fouled, the fouler is considered to have sneaky git. If it is a mega star, then the player fouling is considered having sneaky git and dirty player. If the fouling player already had sneaky git and/or dirty player and is caught fouling a star player, a +1 may be applied to the argue the call result. All injuries caused to star players are worth +1 bounty point. If the star player was already the bounty player those points stack.

***Please note, if a team is changed after this tournament has been approved, like Vampires via Spike 16, then their tier may change. If you submitted your roster prior to a change, you’ll be given the option of playing your original roster, or changing***

Your Team Roster:
- Must be filled out completely. Coach Name, NAF Name, Race, Team Name, numbers, player names, position, stats, skills, and cost per position. Additional skills should be highlighted or stand out.
-Bring Five (5) Copies with you to the tournament
-This Must be done! For no other reason than for your opponent’s convenience.

Illegal Procedure:
In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called. The 4-minute turn rule will not be strictly enforced. The Tournament Directors will give time warnings.
Please be a sporting coach and play at a pace that will allow you to finish your games.

Finishing your game: Each coach that finishes their game before time runs out for the round will be given a small bonus. These will be discussed later in the rules.

Dice:
Any dice can be used if they can be agreed upon at the start of the match. Players also agree to share dice if requested by the opponent. Tournament Directors have final decision in the event of conflict.

Scoring:

Win 50 points
Tie 20 points
Loss 0 points

BONUS POINTS

First Bounties:
Each round 1 of your players and 1 of your opponents’ players will have a bounty. That is handled like this.

Round 1, random
Round 2, your most expensive player
Round 3, player choice
Round 4, opponent choice

This player must be on the pitch if able (not in the sin bin, ko box or causality box)

For each bounty you collect from your opponent (inflicting an injury to the bounty player) you will get one point. Also, if your player that had the bounty placed upon them scores a TD, for each TD the bounty player scores you will get a bounty point. The player with the most bounty points at the end of the tournament will receive an award.

Touchdowns: For each TD you score you will get a point

For the purpose of this tournament all causalities inflicted will be counted this means fouling, blocking and crowd pushing will count for a point. If a player trips on a GFI or dodge or any self-inflicted causality will not count.

Finishing your game before time is called. All coaches finishing their game before time is called will receive 1 bonus point towards the standings each time, they accomplish this. Any players that finish all their games prior to time being called will receive an additional 5 bonus points towards the final standings.

All 4 rounds of tournament will be using a Swiss pairing system to handle matchup. All tournament point totals after the 4th round will determine the Tournament and Stunty Cup Championship winners. In the event of a tie, 3 tiebreakers are in place to determine the overall winners. Awards will be distributed on the “Share the Love” concept. Meaning if a coach is eligible for 2 awards, they will be given the choice of which they would like to receive.
Each year there is a raffle for additional skills assigned to bounty players. If you injure your opponent that has those extra skills, the player that injures them acquires those skills for the rest of the match. These are the only skills that can be “transferred” in game, and they only last for the remainder of the match. For instance, if your War Dancer is the bounty player and took strip ball as a skill and because you won charity auction last year for stand firm on your bounty player, and that player is injured by the opponent, then your opponent gets stand firm, but not strip ball, nor block, dodge or leap.

Sportsmanship:
Sportsmanship is not encouraged from the coaches, it is required! To make sure that everyone who attends will have fun. The Tournament directors will issue a warning to anyone who is taking away from the fun environment we are looking for. If the behavior continues you will be asked to leave the tournament. Arguing with the tournament directors or in any way showing them up can also result in a warning.
***An important note on sportsmanship: Fouling 16 turns in a row or running up the score is not poor sportsmanship. But gloating and ridiculing your opponent while doing so is. Remember we are here to have a good time. ***

NAF:
(If you don’t know what the NAF is go to http://thenaf.net/index.php for more info)
The Bounty Bowl will be a NAF sponsored event. Anyone playing who isn’t a NAF member yet and would like to join may sign up at the tournament, as there will be a NAF representative on site. You can also renew your membership at the tournament. The cost of new members is included in your Tournament entry. Renewal cost is 10 USD.

Awards:
The following awards will be presented at the conclusion of the tournament:
Tournament Champion (1st Place)
2nd Place
Bounty Hunter (most bounties collected)
Most Brutal (Most CAS Inflicted)
Most Touchdowns (Most TD Scored)
Stunty Cup Champion
Wooden Spoon – (Fewest tournament points)

The Bounty Bowl has a mechanic that is one player on each team will have a big target on their back. At the beginning of each round a new player will be given a bounty (how these bounties are made will change round to round). If you manage to injure your opponent’s bounty that bounty will be collected, and you'll get one point. You can also get bounty points by scoring touchdowns with the player that has been targeted. For each touchdown scored by the bounty player you also get one point. These bounty points will affect the standings slightly and they will also affect the end awards.
