Manitoba Saturday Sevens IX is a four round Blood Bowl Sevens tournament using a modified Tier List. MSS7 XI is a Swiss-Style resurrection tournament. The first game will be determined by a random matchup. The remaining games will be determined by tournament points. Seating will be limited to 24 players.

BASIC RULES & TEAM CREATION:
All Standard Blood Bowl Teams as well as Teams of Legend and the Naf Slann team may be taken. This is a resurrection style tournament. No SPP will be earned during games and injuries will not carry over to the next game. Your team will reset to your initial roster at the start of each match. The Masters of Undeath and Plague Ridden rules will be in effect.
You have 600,000 gp to spend on your team
You must hire a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 11 players. Only 4 non-linemen players allowed
0-3 Assistant coaches may be purchased at 20,000 each
0-6 Cheerleaders may be purchased at 20,000 each
0-1 Apothecary at 80,000 provided it is available to your team
0-6 Dedicated fans at 20,000 each
No Star Players can be hired
Inducements are bought at team creation. See below for the available inducements
BONUSES
Teams that are fully painted (3 colour minimum): +1 Assistant Coach
All players bases are painted and/or flocked: +1 Cheerleader

0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs at 50,000 each
0-3 Bribes at 100,000 each (50,000 for teams with Bribery and Corruption)
0-2 Wandering Apothecares at 100,000 each available to teams can hire Apothecaries
0-1 Mortuary Assistant at 100,000 available to Sylvanian Spotlight teams
0-1 Plague Doctor at 100,000 available to teams with the Favoured of Nurgle special rule
0-1 Halfling Chef at 300,000 (100,000 for teams with Halfling Thimble Cup special rule)

TIERS
Tier 1: Amazons, Chaos Dwarves, Chaos Renegades, Dark Elves, Elven Union, High
Elves, Humans, Lizardmen, Norse, Old World Alliance, Skaven, Underworld
Denizens and Wood Elves
Tier 2: Black Orcs, Chaos Chosen, Dwarves, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Necromantic
Horror, Nurgle, Orc, Shambling Undead, Slann, Tomb Kings and Vampires
Tier 3: Halflings, Ogres, Goblins, Snotlings and any other valid roster that only has
Stunty and Big guys for players (Ex/ Lizardmen will all Skinks and a Kroxigor)
SKILLS
Tier One Teams may take 3 Primary Skills
Tier Two Teams may take 3 Primary Skills or 2 Primary Skills and 1 Secondary
Tier 3 Teams may take 4 Primary Skills or 3 Primary Skills and 1 Secondary
No skill can be taken more than once and skills may not be stacked on players.
PAIRING AND SCORING
The first round of matches will be randomised. Each following round will be determined through Swiss pairings. Points are awarded as follows:
Win - 65 points
Draw - 25 points
Loss - 0 points
Tiebreakers are as follows: Head to Head record, TD differential, Total Casualties, Total TD’s and Lastly Casualty Differential.
