Information
Where, When and What is the Knightly Bloodbowl Bonanza?

The Knightly Bloodbowl Bonanza is a NAF Bloodbowl event where the players compete across 3 rounds.

The tournament will be held on the 13th of April at Knightly Gaming, Bathgate.

Max Capacity is 64 players


There is ample parking near the venue which is free all day.

The tournament will be played under the BB2020 rules

Roster Building

Teams can be taken from the rulebook, the Teams of Legend document (Bretonnian coaches can use the new Imperial Nobility team rules).

Players can also use the Slann team from the NAF document.

Teams will be drafted using the Exhibition play rules found on p101 of the rulebook.

No stacking of skills will be allowed across all teams

Only the following Inducements can be taken:
Bribes 0-3
Halfling Master chef 0-1

Coaches have 1,200,000gps to build their teams for the tournament.

Anything from the Death Zone book is not allowed.

Unless rolled on the kick-off table, weather will always be Perfect Conditions.

If the prayers to Nuffle table is needed due to a roll on the kick-off table players will use the Exhibition play table on page 103 of the rulebook.

Tier list

Teams are split into various tiers depending on their overall strength in the game, these are the tier rules for each team:

Tier 1
Amazon, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, Norse, Shambling Undead, Skaven, Underworld Denizens, Wood Elves

Tier 2
Chaos Dwarf, Dwarf, Human, Imperial Nobility, Necromantic Horror, Orc, Vampire

Tier 3
Black Orc, Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegades, Elven Union, High Elves, Khorne, Orc,

Tier 4
Nurgle, Old World Alliance, Tomb Kings

Tier 1 teams can have 5 Primary Skills and no Secondary Skills across the team,

Tier 2 Teams Can have 6 Primary Skills and no Secondary Skills across the team,

Tier 3 Teams can have 6 Primary Skills and 2 Secondary Skills

Tier 4 Teams can have 6 Primary Skills and 2 Secondary Skills, they may also take 1 star player

Tier 5 Teams can have 7 Primary Skills and 3 Secondary Skills, they may also take 1 star player


Scoring and Prizes

Swiss Matchmaking will be used after round one with random draw used for round one.

Scoring will be based on W/L/D with TDs scored followed by casualties caused, Strength of Schedule as tie breakers. In the unlikely event of all these tiebreakers failing final position will be decided by coin toss.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st/2nd/3rd place as well as Sporting and Painted Team also we will have the most touchdowns and casualties award.
