Looney 7s Cup II: Year of the Street Brawl
Date: April 5th, 2024
Location: Boutique FDB, 114 Bd Saint-Raymond 2nd Floor, Gatineau, Quebec (Ottawa Region)
Schedule:
Registration – 5:50pm
Game 1 – 6:00pm to 7:10pm
Game 2 – 7:20 pm to 8:30pm
Game 3 – 8:40 to 9:50
Awards and tournament close – 9:50 to 10:00pm
Scoring:
First round will be a random draw for pairings followed by Swiss pairings for subsequent rounds. Coaches will receive the following points after each round.
Win = 15 pts
Draw = 5 pts
Loss = 0 pts
Forfeit = -10 pts
2 pts per touchdown
1 pts per CAS (block or chainsaw action)
Tiebreakers are as follows: Head-to-Head, Opponent’s Score, Net TD, Net CAS.

We will be using the Streetbowl kickoff , Magic Potions and weather table in the NAF rules. Cheat sheets will be available.
Team Creation
Tournament teams may be purchased using 600,000 GC.
In Street Bowl, a team may not have more than 11 players on the roster. Remember, a team will only field 7 players at a time.
In addition, only 4 "specialist" players (which means any player whose availability is not permitted to take as 0-12 or 0-16 of) may be selected.
Team rerolls cost double. Sideline Staff (apothecaries, assistant coaches, cheerleaders, dedicated fans etc.) may be purchased as shown on page 92 of the Blood Bowl Death Zone. Necromantic and Undead teams get their Necromancer as usual. All raised zombies get thrown and left in the roadside ditch at the end of each round.
Apothecaries will use the “Patching Up Knocked out and Casualties” section of the Blood Bowl Death Zone: The Ultimate Blood Bowl Companion on page 95. (i.e. a 4+ roll is required to patch up a 10-12 CAS result and place the player in the reserves. On a roll of 1-3 the apothecary is ineffective, and the player remains a CAS.)
ALL TEAMS RECEIVE A FREE HUMAN CHAINSAW PLAYER FOR THEIR ROSTER!
Generic Bloodthirsty Human: MV 6 STR 3 AGI 3+ PA- AV 9+. Skills: Chainsaw.
PLEASE NOTE: the chainsaw player does not have secret weapon and will remain in the game until removed via standard removal methods (blocking, fouling, also being chainsawed etc.)
All participants will also gain a free Magic Potion which is a special inducement in the Streetbowl rules.
Additional skills can be assigned according to the following tiers.
TIER A – 0 Primary Skills
Orc, Chaos Dwarf, Dwarf, Norse, Shambling Undead, Lizardmen
TIER B – 1 Primary Skill
Amazon, Black Orc, Chaos Renegades, Dark Elf, Human, Khorne, Imperial Nobility, Necromantic Horror, Skaven, Underworld, Wood Elf, Vampire, Old World Alliance, Tomb Kings
TIER C – 2 Primary Skills (Up to 1 Secondary)

Banned Inducements: Desperate Measures, Special Play Inducements, Unlimited Mercenary Players
Magic Potions are an inducement available in the Streetbowl rules (remember you get one for free).
No Star Players may be purchased.
Awards
Awards will be given for: 1st, 2nd, Stunty Cup (if there are at least 2 stunty players), Most CAS, Most TD and Best Painted.
Prizes will be raffled off with all entrants getting a single raffle ticket. All award winners will receive 2 additional tickets. Only one prize can be won per person. |
