Welcome to the Dragon Cup 7s tournament hosted at Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy located at 1222 East Powell Road, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035. The mascot is Ripley, the real-life bearded dragon with a terrarium at the store.
REGISTRATION & ROSTER SUBMISSION
* $10 registration fee

* Payment and roster due by July 6, 2024
WHAT TO BRING
* Your Blood Bowl team
* Block, D8, and D16 dice
* 2 copies of your roster
* Pen or pencil
WHAT YOU GET
* 4 games of Sevens
* 2 D6 dice (must be used during tournament)
* 1 3D-printed Ripley miniature
BASIC RULES & TEAM CREATION
* Resurrection exhibition tournament format
* Draft a Blood Bowl Sevens team per the Death Zone rulebook (pages 91 to 93)
* 600,000 gold to spend on team creation and inducements
* Special Plays and Desperate Measures will NOT be allowed
* Mercenary and Star Players will NOT be allowed, except for Ripley the Wyrmling
SKILLS
Teams will have a number of additional skills based on the following tiers:
* Tier 1: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Elven Union, High Elf, Human, Lizardmen, Norse, Skaven, Shambling Undead, Underworld Denizens, and Wood Elf
* Tier 2: Black Orc, Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegade, Dwarf, Gnome, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Necromantic Horror, Nurgle, Old World Alliance, Orc, Slann, Snotling, Tomb Kings, and Vampire
* Tier 3: Goblin, Halfling, and Ogre
No player may be given more than 1 additional skill. The Pro and Leader skills each cost an extra primary skill.
* Tier 1: 1 primary skill
* Tier 2: 2 primary skills … OR 1 secondary skill
* Tier 3: 3 primary skills … OR 1 primary skill and 1 secondary skill

Ripley is so curious that he decides to run onto the pitch and join the fun! Hey coach, the little dragon really wants the ball. Every team gets to induce Ripley as a Star Player for FREE!

Claws, Dauntless, Dodge, Loner (4+), My Ball, Side Step, Sprint, Stunty, Titchy
Gimmie Da Ball: Once per game, if Ripley starts his activation Marking an opposition player with the ball, he may roll a D6. On a 1, nothing happens. On a 2+, the opposition player loses possession of the ball, Ripley immediately gains possession of the ball, and Ripley’s activation immediately ends.

PAIRING & SCORING
The first round of matches will be randomized. Each following round will be determined through Swiss pairings. Points are awarded as follows:
* Win - 3 Points
* Draw - 1 Point
* Loss - 0 Points
Tiebreakers: Net TDs, Net CAS, TDs For, CAS For, and then Random.
In addition to CAS that grant SPP, all CAS inflicted against your opponent during your activation count, including surfs and fouls. This is BLOOD Bowl!!!!
