Well, right-clicking the pic and selecting propeties gives:

So it's an Orc Shaman from somewhere.

After a little investigating for Orc Shaman images on Google, I've found it's a Reven Orc Shaman from the Reaper line (14079).

You are correct. I was looking for a good apothocary model to do a beastman with and this just caught my eye. Many of us in our local league do conversions and use bitz or whole other minis for the models in our teams.
