Painting - dried paint

Post subject: dried paint
I have Citadel paints for my miniatures, which I haven't used in over three years. Most of my paints are dried up. Is there a way I can add water or something? I don't want to just go ahead and do it and potentially ruin my stuff. I don't have a problem with buying new ones, but my issue is that I didn't see Fiery Orange at the store, and that's my main color for my Dark Elves (sounds weird, I know, but trust me; I'll post pictures when they're done.) If anyone knows what I can do I will be very grateful.

Do not use water, get some Acrylic Medium, or (acrylic) Flow Enhancer from an art supply shop and vigorously mix some in until you get the right consistency.

if you need agitators to help shake it up add hemitite beads (inexpensive and can be bought by the bagful from Michaels or other stores that have jewelry making stuff. They are PH neutral, will not deteriorate and have enough weight to agitate well
