We are following some of the feedback from last year and adding a bit more mayhem this year for the CelestiCon Blood Bowl event! This will be a two day 6 game tournament held over labor day weekend at Celesticon in Fremont, CA. The format will be much like the Adepticon Stupor Bowl where you can participate for just one day of 3 games or shoot for an overall title.

The Celesticon Junior Colleges of Magic tournament pays homage to classic Dungeonbowl and the Colleges of Magic tournament held in Utrecht, NL each year…with a California twist.

The established colleges of magic in the Old World are not always so hip to the latest magic items and herbalist concoctions developed in the Halls of Learning scattered across the left coast of the New World by Hedge Wizards. And even with repeated "Occupy" efforts, the Blood Bowl fans amongst them and in this area prefer a more orthodox game.

Check out the rules here:

and you can find out about CelestiCon and the Fremont Marriott here:

Oh, and yeah...we will have amphibious miniatures for participants. Wink

Big Thanks to Aaron (strahd) and Dan (talarius) for making this happen.

You can pre-register for the tourney on the Celesticon website once you've registered for the convention itself. Pretty snazzy!
