1 Million team build no addition of skills allowed just 1 million build. Tournament designed to show the new players different starting list for league play and get the basics down for league and tournament play. No star players.
Power 9 opens at 11 so games will start shortly after. Will do three rounds. No real set time limit as I know the new players will be learning the system. Will try to keep rounds to 2:30 max. Will have a Lunch break after Round 1.
