Sorry for this if it has already been addressed, I did a search, but couldn't find the answer.
I thought rerolls cost the amount shown on the team "build" sheet and any additional rerolls (after the initial team creation) cost double that amount. However, folks in my league are arguing they cost the amount on the build sheet.

It is listed under Post Game Sequence.
In CRP page 29, #5, or in Death Zone 1 on page 24, #4, 2nd bullet.
