Roster Building
1,300,000gp to build your team including: skills, inducements, re-rolls, star players, fan factor, coaches, and cheerleaders.
70,000gp extra to Stunty teams for team creation.

Apothecaries work as stated in the CRP AND they
work on the 3 Jingle Star Players.

Each player is only allowed to gain a max of 2 skills OR 1 Stat upgrade (AV or
MA only at 30k):
- Each Single Skill available to that player is 20,000GP
- Each Double Skill available to that player is 30,000GP
- Each stat increase may only be taken twice by your team.

This is a resurrection tournament (all injuries will reset at the start of each game).

The first round will be randomly chosen then Swiss pairing will begin on game 2.

If you and your opponent each have the same star player they do not refuse to play. Both clones will play.

YOU MAY HAVE 9 PLAYERS AND 2 STAR PLAYERS AS THE COMPOSITION OF YOUR ROSTER.
The 2 star player max rule is in effect.

Journeymen, Igors, Mercenaries, Wizards, cards, and new coaching staff are NOT ALLOWED.

THREE ADDITIONAL JINGLE STAR PLAYERS

Brett "Ginger" Mann - Cost 100,000GP - Plays for any team
MV ST AG AV SKILLS
7 2 4 7 Dodge, Sprint, Pro, Loner

Smawta Clawz Cost 80,000GP - Plays for any team
MV ST AG AV SKILLS
5 3 3 8 No Hands, Regeneration, Safe Throw, Hail Mary Pass, Bombardier, Loner

Manny "Frosty" Snow - Cost 120,000GP - Plays for any team
MV ST AG AV SKILLS
4 5 1 8 Claw, Stand Firm, Frenzy, Wild Animal, Loner

Further information regarding Special Play Cards is below.

NUFFLE HOLIDAY CARD EXCHANGE

Nuffle has graciously decided that each coach will receive one, randomly chosen 50k special play card for your use during the tournament.

However, at the end of each game both coaches exchange their special play cards. The exchange continues after each match is finished. Nuffle didn't say it would be a good exchange.

TIMING
Games will be 2hr in length. Players should do their best to play within this timeline or risk their game being ended by the tourney organizer (not ideal). We want to keep to the time line as much as possible so coaches traveling are not inconvenienced and the Watchtower can plan their evening reservations.

ILLEGAL PROCEDURE & DICE

Only NAF or GW block dice may be used as well as the d6's provided to each coach.

In keeping with the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called.

SCORING
After each game you will fill in the game sheet tracking the following:
Win: 6pts
Tie: 3pts
Loss: 1pt

A sheet will be provided for you to vote for your most enjoyable opponent
and to track your touchdowns and casualties.

A bit over 3 hours drive from home for me. Will talk to the boss about making it. I think my passport expires in January so that's a good opportunity.

Correction I'm definitely out. We've got important family festivities that day!
Going to have to renew passports so I can get across the border.

In for sure. Trying to decide if Smawta or Manny would be a better roster addition than the Pugster.

I'm interested in going to this, I'm in the Flint area. Is anyone driving up from Detroit/Ann Arbor? Grant told me that Matt and Ezzard were coming up from there. I'd be willing to carpool and chip in.

Yes we will be headed up at the moment thinking of leaving early in the morning to make it up. So that would have us leaving Ann Arbor around 5am and would be up around Flint I'm guessing about 6am. If we are to make it there by 9/9:30a based on Grants last post. Unless it gets pushed back a bit then we might get a little more sleep before leaving.
