The 2019 Northern Germany Blood Bowl Masters series (NBBM) has come to a successful end. 235 different coaches competed in a total of 15 registered tournaments. This year's top coaches are:
1. Junior84 with 42 points.
2. Rotersternhochdahl with 38 points
3. PeterD with 38 points (lost the tie-breaker)
Congratulations to all the winners!
It's very much noteworthy that PeterD participated in 14 of the 15 eligible tournaments!
As before, all results can be found at http://nbbm.dbbc-ev.de/ .
The 2020 series will see a few differences. Mainly, we will transition to an open series with all NAF registered tournaments in Northern Germany being accounted for.
Below, a small statistical analysis covering the popularity (blue) and performance (red) of all different races played in the 15 tournaments. Out of 489 times, Dark Elves were chosen most often. Followed by Humans in second place (likely because lots of tournaments adapted World Cup team building rules). Amazons, although not very popular, performed best, followed by Dark Elves, Lizards and Wood Elves. Vampires were the least popular, played only three times. Khemri and Khorne were not very popular either.
