Save the date! April 6, 2019 is tentatively scheduled for the Super Star Smackdown, a small 1-day tourney in Toronto, hosted at the Sword & Board. Max of 12 spots for now, could open up more if there’s sufficient interest.

Here's the fun part - random Star Players to every team, every round:
"SUPER STARS!
Every match, the Tournament Organizer will, for each pitch, randomly roll up a Star Player, and each Coach playing on that pitch may use that Star Player for this match only, regardless of whether that Star Player is normally available to hire for the Coach’s team.

The timeline for the day might be a bit tight for me. ending around 7pm would make it hard for me to get back home in time for a concert I've got tickets for.

Totally understandable, Grant. I’d do my best to keep to the schedule and wrap up by 6:40, but it is my first time runnif a tourney.
