Is it possible to reduce your Teamvalue by not playing with all available players in order to rduce the inducment money for the opponen coach?

E.g. i have 13 players and i only take 11 to match, so my TV is rduced by the amount of he two "missing" players?

Is that legal Question

Nope. You can't temporarily cut people from your team. If you don't want them counting towards your TV, you have to fire them permanently.
