In this Dominion of Canada, a yearly competition is held to find the individuals most worthy of holding the most sacred cup in the land. To be held Saturday, March 11th, 2023 at Multizone in Gatineau, QC within the National Capital Region (Ottawa). This is a 3 game, 1 day tournament. Entry Fee is $20 dollars via etransfer to stephenrossjarrett@gmail.com.

Schedule
8:45am to 9am – Registration
9am to 11:15am – Game 1
11:15am to Noon – Lunch
12pm – 2:15pm - Game 2
2:15pm to 2:30pm – Break
2:30pm to 4:45pm – Game 3
4:45pm to 5pm – Awards/Closing
Team Building
Individual Teams
Each team must hire a minimum of 11 players. Any unspent cash at roster creation will be lost and all teams will be considered having the same Current Team Value (CTV) for the purpose of inducements and prayers to Nuffle.
Cash given is also used to buy rerolls, assistant coaches, cheerleaders, apothecary and so on.
The Dominion Cup is a resurrection tournament, so no SPP are gained, and injuries, casualties or deaths do not carry on from one game to other.
Undead, Necromantic and Nurgle teams are allowed to apply the Masters of Undeath and Plague Ridden special rules. Players added to a team roster through a game as a result of those special rules are removed from the roster at the end of that game.
Teams will consist of a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 16 players, including star players.
Star players can only be induced after 11 regular players have already been rostered.
Star players can’t be given extra skills from the team’s skill budget.
If both opposing teams are fielding the same star player in a game, both star players are allowed to play.
Skills
Teams have been separated into 5 Tiers and offered different skills and cash to build their rosters. One player is allowed to take 2 Primary skills per team. All other players can take a maximum of 1 additional skill.
Tier 1 - 1,150,000 gps - Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Orcs, Undead, Amazon and Wood Elves
6 Primary Skills; or
3 Primary Skills and access to 1 star player.
Tier 2 - 1,150,000 gps - Humans, Norse, Skaven, Slann, Underworld Denizens, Elven Union, Tomb Kings, High Elves
7 Primary Skills; or
5 Primary Skills + 1 Secondary Skill; or
4 Primary Skills + access to 1 starplayer.
Tier 3 - 1,200,000 gps - Necromantic Horror, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Old World Alliance
8 Primary Skills; or
6 Primary Skills + 1 Secondary Skill; or
4 Primary Skills + access to 1 starplayer.
Tier 4 - 1,200,000 gps - Black Orcs, Chaos Chosen, Nurgle, Vampires, Chaos Renegades
9 Primary Skills; or
7 Primary Skills + 1 Secondary Skill; or
5 Primary Skills + access to 1 starplayer; or
0 Skills + Access to 2 Star Players.
Tier 5 - 1,200,000 gps - Snotlings, Goblins, Halflings, Ogres
9 Primary Skills + 1 Secondary Skill; or
7 Primary Skills + 2 Secondary Skill; or
7 Primary Skills + access to 1 starplayer; or
4 Primary Skills + 1 Secondary Skill + access to 1 starplayer; or
0 Skills + Access to 2 Star Players.
Inducements
The following are the only permitted inducements
0-1 Halfing Master Chefs (300k, 100k for halfling teams)
0-6 Assistant Coaches (10k each)
0-12 Cheerleaders (10k each)
0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs (50k each)
0-3 Bribes (100k each, 50k each for teams with the Bribery & Corruption rule)
0-2 Wandering Apothecaries (100k each)
0-1 Mortuary Assistants (100k)
0-1 Plague Doctor (100k)
0-1 Riotous Rookies (100k)
Star Players
Availability of stars is by skill package within your team's tier. All stars published in official Games Workshop documents published prior to the tournament are permitted with the exception of the following stars.

Win by more than a single touchdown - 6 Points
Win by a single Touchdown - 5 Points

Prizes
Prizes (trophy and choice of blood bowl item) for the following in this order:
Champion
Most TDs
Best Defence (least TDs allowed)
Best Painted
Most CAS
Wooden Spoon
Best Painted Competition
All teams within the tournament will be eligible for the Best Painted prize. The Best Painted team will be voted upon but all participants at lunch time. Tie breaker will be most 2nd place votes.
