Finally a big tournament is going to be held in Italy the 27th of September.
During the MODcon, a big fairy held every year in Modena, a BB qualifier will take place, and the two finalist will get the free admission ticket for the BB Italian Championship that will be plaied in December during the Italian Golden Deamon.
At the moment the event is not NAF sanctioned becouse of the veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery long absence of Moonsong [Italian NAF Organizer, at least in theory ], but I ask here how to have it sanctionned.
If any somebody from Austria, Switzerland, France or from everywere else in the world is interested in partecipating, Modena is not far [nearly 30 minutes] from Bologna, city in the north of Italy easy to reach by car, train or plane.
The tournament web site is www.treemme.org/bloodbowl, but sadly it's only in italian.
If somebody is interested, just contact the tournament organizer at talpa@treemme.org |

Aramil, go ahead and enter the tourney information on the rankings page and I will review it for approval.
Does anyone know where Moonsong is? |

If I had known this a week earlier, I would have booked myself a place. |

I agree with my friend Emilio... Gattolardo [Italy Team Captain at the Eurocup in Amsterdam] is perfect for that role!
My vote goes for him |

The Modena tournament is officially NAF approved!
This means that ModCon will be the first ever NAF approved tournament held in Italy!
Italian coaches... that's the time to make a trip to Modena |

Ok, the Tournament ended with another victory for Massimo "Roller" Banal, already Italian Champion last december and winner of the MiniMOD in late May....
The only NAF player present (me), ended 7th overall.... a lot better that the 12th place gained at the MiniMOD...
The tournament saw a good number of coaches (at least for Italian standard ): 12 coaches....
Bloodbowl penetration in our country is still marginal... I hope it will improve next year.
Ok, this message just to close the thred |
