Is there a limit to the amount of skills one can give a player.

Why is this question under tournaments? If this question is about skill sin tournaments, then it would depend on the tournament and the decision of the TO. Each tournament could be different from the next. |

I`m thinking this is supposed to be under the CANADIAN OPEN. bellowthuderslam is coming with me to the tourney. |
