If I have players in my reserve box MUST I set up 11
say I have 10 and a illegal weapon and I am playing a 1 turn scoring team MUST I field the 11th guy even though he is a secret weapon |

Says on page 6
"Each coach must set up 11 players..." and leads onto what to do if you have fewer.
So I would say the secret weapon has to be fielded. |

Yes - you have to set up the weapon.
But as bad as this sucks, does not compared to setting up the weapon because the opponent is scoring to you, and then they roll a blitz and score on their turn 1! |
