a guy in our league got them as is less than pleased. It is something and something is better than nothing
you can also get the rubber bands from impact they work well enough |

An idea I've toyed with (albeit slightly more work) is to paint a colored dot on the side of your mini's base to represent the skills they acquire as they progress. This of course means that you have to repaint the base clean when the mini dies or is retired...but like I said. Just an idea I've toyed with. |

Along that line of thinking check out the ruber bands from impact, they have a video showing that you can write on them then rub it off. |

I really like the plastic rings from impact. I have not tried the rubber bands yet, though. |

The rubber bands are great. Saw them at Zlurpee VI (you gotta attend Zlurpee VII <shameless plug> ) first hand (played a guy that used them.) He had no problem with them at all. I did knock a few off, but I think that was my big clumsy hands.
I am not exactly cutting the base magnets down, we (our league) has not had a great experience with them |
