Reading the booklet really gives a great feeling that the tounament is gonna be awesomely planned. The rules are great. Including the best time rule ever used in a bb tounament as far as I know.
I have one worry though. The timetable for sunday. The last game on sunday is hopefully and likely gonna be a final, in wich it is gonna be decided who wins the WCII. One of the worst things I could imagine in this situation is a game ended early due to a time limit having impact on the final result. This was very close to happening at last years Eurobowl. I therefore ask you to reconsider the two hour limit on the final round. I would say the final round should have extra time if possible but at least as long as any other round. If that means starting at 9.00 on sunday, I think that would be the best option by far. |

Hi Tripleskull.
We agree with this.
The most pressing point is that we promised quite a few players that they'll be able to make their airplane back. And since they'll miss the award ceremony most likely, they should at least try to get their games finished.
So we're going to look at this as it happens.
Maybe we'll try to start earlier.
Maybe we'll ask the top 6 teams to start earlier.
Maybe we'll give a few matches extra time.
Maybe more chess clocks will be used for the top tables.
