Multiple Block (Strength)
At the start of a Block Action a player who is adjacent to at least two
opponents may choose to throw bloc ks against two of them. Make each
block in turn as normal except that each defender's strength is increased
by 2. The player cannot follow up either block when using this s kill, so
Multiple Block can be used instead of Frenzy
, but both kills cannot be
used together. To have the option to throw the second block the player
must still be on his feet after the first block

The way this skill is written let logicly think that the autors of this skills imaginated only the case we use first "Multiple Block": because the frenzy player is not following any push player, he could not do the second block.

Why not using Multiple Block on the 2nd "frensy" Block (after a push on a single player) ?
It would be in the spirit of the game. You know, we are supposed to roll again Dauntless, Foul Apparence etc, we could decide not to use taclke (or strip ball) on first block but only on the 2nd one, same kind of staff with combinaison of juggernaut/wrestle/...

The 2nd Block would be on the same opponent and on another adjacent (during the 2nd block) oppenent.

Another way of combining this 2 skills would be against 2 pushed opponents who used standirm on the 1st block!
In this case as well, the logical way the skill description is written let think that the autors didn't imagine this case...

Do you see what i mean?

In anycase i think this skill description should be reformulate.

One of the aims of the latest rulebook was to try and make things as simple as possible, so while you do have a case, an either or option is much easier to understand in one of the already more complex areas.

You would not be able to use Multiple Block on your second Frenzy block because Frenzy does not just allow a second block it only allows a second block on the creature you Frenzy creature just blocked that turn, if both creatures are still standing. Also you have to follow up both Blocks when using Frenzy when you can. Using Multiple Block you can not follow up either block. That is the way I understand the rule.

If a frenzy player block a single opponent who used stand-fim on the first push, you will be able to perform a 2nd block.
In the case both opponents (blocked with multiple block) used stand-firm, we would be in the exact same case...
