Here's a final reminder that Thrudball, a 100% not-for-profit Thrud the Barbarian themed bloodbowl tournament is this weekend 10-11th August in sunny Bognor Regis. Hosted by GCN club BRGA in aid of The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, it has a charity auction containing many unique items and even an original thrud artwork. Check out the website www.thrudball.com to make static bids online.
There will also be 6 rounds of 120TR Bloodbowl with rules for created Star Players, wandering Thrud auction, Gladiators Inflatable Pugle Stick combat challenge, Most Thrudlike talent contest, Death by Chocolate fudge cake eating contest, Dockbowl (all at sea bloodbowl rules) for the bottom four teams, Thrud themed awards and Trophies, plus Glowworm is wearing a Dinosaur Onesie to raise laffs plus currently £434 for the cause (if he tops £600 he says he will eat crickets!)
Tickets including food supplied by award winning piemakers Turners Pies both days are £35 NAF £41 NONNAF; You can camp at the venue for FREE Friday & Saturday nights, and the beers cheap.
