Gosh, it only took a WEEK for my package to show up. I could've hand-delivered it in that time. I look forward to seeing the picture, as all my photo gear is packed for our upcoming move and I didn't get any shots before sending him out. |

Oh yes, congrats to Thadrin and Sturmjarl, that's great, guys!
And many, many thanks to Melifaxis for being the long-suffering co-ordinator of this project. (or is that the long-coordinated sufferer for this project?)
At any rate, thanks MEL! You're SUPER! |

Congrats Thadrin and Sturmjarl!!! I'm very jealous as I've been considering starting a Norse team (whenever I can pry the money from my wife to buy them ) |

Congrats guys!!
So I still have the 95% finished St 4 Lineman I rushed to try to get done once I could not find the real lineman sent to me by Mel as I have recently moved. Who do I send it to? When that is decided can the person P.M. me their address? |

I think most definitely there should be a Legacy team, each year. Despite the struggle sometimes, the final result brings pride and a sense of accomplishment to everyone who submits a figure (not to mention the looks of envy and awe from others who see the team and didn't participate! )
There are several NAF members in Europe who would like to lead a Legacy effort - Rob, you've done such a great job with the last two, would you be willing to write up a pointers list to give to someone who was organizing a Legacy team, including the set of rules that we've established for how to proceed and how to handle things like coach selection or the ownership issue?
Being somewhat abashed at my inability to complete a figure, I admire even more all of you who put it together - congrats to each and every one of you and once again to Dave! |
