Can't believe so many voted for white and blue, how boring! This is supposed to be a unique team, not to look like every other Norse team out there. Rolling Eyes

Well - instead of doing blue with white highlights, why dont we do white clothes with blue trim?

I was thinking that the way to make it as little less like every Norse color scheme I've seen on the web, I'd do a white uniform, with blue tattoos... that'll still keep to the color scheme, but give it a little more unique of a look...

Not everyone has the skill to paint tatoos.

I didn't mean it as everybody had to do it... I just thought it would be a neat way to add some extra character to some of the team, while still staying within the color scheme

Well, I didn't hear any convincing arguements to do them in the other listed options (other than "I can't do Tartan!") Rolling Eyes

If you are worried about something being a bit boring, paint a coach, an apothecary, support people or a cheerleader. I don't see why others would mind if you did checks, stripes, lozenges (Bavarian exchange coach?), tattoos or even the dreaded tartan with blue and white in my book. It follows the theme and would add the variety that you desire. I am sure some of this, in moderation, would add a bit of colour to the players as well without being too distracting from the rest of them. But as there isn't a firm plan on how the players are to be painted, it isn't an issue yet.

Cheers,
-Torpor

Blue and white checks or lozenges would be cool... hmmm.. may have to look into doing that for my figure.

How can a team made by gamers from all over the world be boring?

Especially a team with all the easily available conversion fodder like Norse? (Mordheim plastics, Chaos marauders, I-kore, Reaper, Phil's....heck, even 40k plastics)

I'm pretty sure the team could be spray painted flat black and it would still be pretty cool.
