There has been informal discussion among the staff whether creating a commemorative Tee shirt for this year's BB and offering to all members -attending or not - would be a good idea.
The cost of the shirt would be simply production costs plus shipping - this would not necessarily be a fund raiser - just a way to quickly identify and meet fellow NAF players at the BB and beyond...
The hope would be to take preorders and have them shipped to arrive at least two weeks before the tourney. The biggest challenge will be coming up with the artwork but I for one believe there are plenty of talented artists/graphic designers in the membership so that this would not be a problem.

I'd be interested if it's different from the Cafepress design, as i already got one of those.
As a side remark to my fellow Europeans: with the current US$ rate (and maybe a price change i did not recognize) the Cafepress offer (click Store on the top of the page) went from expensive to OK. I got one of the Baseball Jerseys incl. shipping for around 20 Euros and no import tax is charged to that value. |

It will definitely be different than the items in Cafe Press - personally, I like an Orc holding the NAF shield - similar to the TKC logo...! |

I got the "old" hooded sweatshirt which is more than o.k. fo rthat price. A t-shirt on the other hand...
anyway, I would be interested in a special NAF shirt as well....

If we were to get a list of definite people by a certain date might it be possible to get the printed with our nicknames on? |

Rather than using the existing suppliers, it may be cheaper for DW to place the order in the UK. Then there isn't the cost of transatlantic shipping.
I'd be quite happy to take the shirts up to Nottingham if required. |

I would be interested as well.
- Nickname on the shirt...not necessay IMHO, but I'll go by majority vote
- color of shirt: would be nice to have 2-4 different colors to choose from...shouldn't be difficult/much mor expensive if enough people participate.
- Orc holding shield: no....how about a dwarf? |

About shipping....how many people from the US will go? I think one can take a box with sirts over there...you are allowed to pieces of luggage: one personal, one with NAF shirts......but it depends on the manufacturing cost....if the cost is the same between US and UK, I'd go with UK.
On the other hand....I might have a good contact to print shirts here in the US. Let me find out what he can offer.....how many colors should I ask for to be on the logo? (3-4 would be my guess) |

We will be printing the shirts in Canada, and I don't think we'll have the time to do aliases on the back. |

If you want a good t-shirt supplier in the UK, just PM me and I'll get the website of the one I was going to use to do the NBA shirt. Off the top of my head I think it worked out about £11-12 for a t-shirt with3 colours on the front, and one on the back.
Oh, and I'm interested btw |
