Check out the coach locator on the left. I know there are a few in Essex, but don't know Essex well enough to say if they're near Harlow. Billericay springs to mind?? |

The problem for us is that the conection with Chelmsford is crap.... but we will join any league if we can!!!
Also we are going to try to meet Bassman soon, and that day we hope to make a mini tournament... any one wants to join us??? The price can be a Paint of Lager (or Sprite )

Well - the manager of the Chelmsford GW store is Ron Battram - otherwise known to the NAF as shaven-wookie. If Ron organises a trip for his veterans, he gets bonuses at Xmas so I'm sure he'd be up for doing something (As long as he can play his halflings, I'm sure he'd be happy...) I'll ask him about doing something like a mini-tournament when I see him tomorrow at the Veteran's night at the store...
Cheers |

Ron,
Maybe we could start a new league for purely painted teams? I know some of the guys don't have painted teams at the moment - they could borrow some of mine so they can play in store and keep everyone happy (I've got painted Amazons and Humans - I'll have my Necros fully painted by next week Hopefully we can encourage them to get some paint on their fingers - the lazy gits!
I wouldn't mind being Commish - I've got lots of league tracking software plus I've already got a website where people could track their teams progress online. It might give it a more structured approach? |

Not that tough!
I've been doing it at SWARMM in Ipswich for a year now - though the hardest thing is getting my ass in gear to actually update the webpages.
My link at the bottom links to the spreadsheet that I use for my leagues - check it out - it is about 1.1MB though, so be warned.
For the 04-05 season (starting in September) I have a whole new spreadsheet that is much improved over the current one.
Shaven...Can you talk to George at Ipswich and see if we can organise an inter shop bout of BB fun - I'd love to kick ass for Ipswich..... |

George is a top bloke - he organised a Veteran's Day trip to Lenton for all the SE cell shops a couple of years ago so we could all play 40K and WH in style.
I'm sure the Chelmsford guys would be up for an inter-store BB day
Bassman - I spoke to Dan Titan at the PK&Q tourney - he said he'd come over to your house to play. How did you get on? He was on the top tables at the tourney so I was glad I didn't play him (I got kicked around enough as it was |
