For a trophy that I am making, I am making a jelly filled pastry out of foam core. The pastry part looks great, but I am having a brain-lock thinking of how to "model" jelly. Does anyone have any ideas? Imagine you are trying to model a jelly donut, how would you represent the jelly?

I think I may have come up with something. Clear acrylic caulk, painted/inked accordingly, with a glaze of varnish. Looks good so far, will post pic when copmpleted.

Two part epoxy made for modeling water would work well if you dye it (a little paint or ink of the appropriate colour does the trick). That would make a translucent jelly filling. For an opaque like a creme filling, builder's expanding foam sealant might do, but I haven't worked much with that.
