Hey Everyone,
OK. I've got a simple web site up.

A little short notice but I am running a 1 day 4 round swiss tournament at Phil Con in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday December 10.
I'll post the rules in the next day or so but they will be pretty simple.
TR 100
LRB 4.0
DP +1/+1
Scoring:
55 pts for win
35 for tie
10 for loss
loss by only 1 pt: +10 pts
caused 1 more cas by blocking than your opponent: +5 pts
caused 2 or more cas by blocking than your opponent: +10pts
won by 2+: +5pts
won by 3+: +10pts
We will play all 4 rounds of Swiss, so the Coach with the most points after all 4 rounds will get first (no Championship round).
Schedual:
8 Meet for group discount
8-9 Registration
9-11 Round 1
11-12 Lunch
12-2 Round 2
2-2:30 break
2:30-4:30 Round 3
4:30-5 break
5-7 Round 4
7-7:30 break
7:30-8 Awards
No cost for the tourney itself, however it is $35 for a 1 day pass to the Con itself. We can get a group rate of $30 but will need 10 people for that. We will meet at 8 AM to get the group rate.

I have no idea what the rate will/could be.
I've sent an email to the registration email for the site but haven't gotten a response yet. Once I get the response from them I'll post here. |

| The group discount is $5 off and we would all have to buy our tickets at the same time. That shouldn't be too hard to setup though. We are all planning on getting there about the same time anyway. |

What is the skill progression going to look like? With only four games will there be any pre-tourney skills allowed?

I could be convinced of that.
How about this?
1 skill before the tournament and then 1 after each round. Only normally allowed skills except for Chaos who can take Mutations as normal skills. |
