It's back and its BIG! Six Games Standard LRB 4.0 over two days of gaming in comfort at the Carlton Crest Hotel Melbourne - close to public transport and the delights of Melbourne CBD. This event is planned for 11&12 Nov 06.

Sponsored by Australia's best Mail Order Games Store - MILSIMS (who run the event) and The Games Village - the best venue for the best BB league in Oz - this is one damn fine event with some great prizes.

To gather players interest - the first place will be a replica Witch Kings Sword ... hopefully the Witch King won't arrive to get it back!

Check the MILSIMS link on the Tourney for more information and registration details as we near the event.

Despite rumour to the contrary, the Powerfist Blood Bowl Tourney is still on - change of venue is all!

The Tourney will be held same time and date but at a different location - it is now at MILSIMS Shopfront, 311 Centre Road, Bentliegh VIC 3025. It also got cheaper - $10 per haed for two glorious days of LRB4.

All other details are on the Tourney listing - go there, read, join and see you in Nov 06!!!

So am I - I will ask MILSIMS to advise me.

I do know Ozjesting is coming, Virral has advised he wants too and I am damn sure GG and Thomsy will move heaven and earth. Or at least their ass outta the chair.

I have some non-NAF interest here, so things are looking good - and remember - GREAT PRIZES, so be there!

I'm definitely coming along, going to be great Very Happy

I had already booked under the old cost, but MILSIMS never got around to charging me (although disappointingly they never CONTACTED me either, to let me know there was ever an issue or to let me know about the change in venue etc, if I didn't happen to keep up with these things from other sources, I could have happily turned up at the Carlton Crest wondering where the hell everyone was).

I've since re-registered, and again not really had any communication from them but presumably Elan has me on a list somewhere.

They certainly haven't bothered informing registered attendants... I'm really not impressed that I hear about this third hand via a fumbbl forum. I normally only check the NAF website once a week or longer, and I read it earlier today.

I think that GardenGnome is out too (with Creature). I'll SMS him and let you know if that status is changed.

That's OK - means Virral may have less competition for the Sword ... it sure as hell aint coming home with me!

I have added a number of other old Edition star players (including a few rare ones) to the give aways - as suggeste dby Chunky - bribery works Very Happy

Anyways, its almost the BIG weekend - the you beaut conference system 1.1 almost works (damnit) and I have almost packed everything ... now I have to find the new location and work out travel ... what joy!

By the way Virral - they did not tell me about the venue change until 9 Nov 06 so those that read this forum knew as quickly as I did. Sorry for the upset - I am not "in the loop" for decisions by MILSIMS either Rolling Eyes .
