Every year, I see a few requests for this, so... I have just submitted an event for Origins: The Krrunch! Bowl.
It will take place on July 6 and will be a 4 round Swiss style tournament.
I will be talking to Xtreme to get the complete rules pack placed on www.zlurpeebowl.com.
In order to play, you will have to get an origins badge and event ticket. To do this, go to www.originsgames.com. |

Yeah, Ohio is closer, but it is quite a ways for me to go for a four round tourney. |

I totally understand avoiding travel as much as possible. Remember, though, that Origins is a huge convention that lasts for 4 days.
My only problem at Origins is that I can not do everything I want to do while I am there... |

OK, so I go to Origins every year hoping there's a BB Tourney...but there never is, so THIS year I decided to go to Gen Con *instead*, and sure enough...there's a Blood Bowl tournament at Origins
Good luck, and look for me next year!

P.S.: You guys look like you have a very capable graphic artist, but if you need any help with this, let me know. |

So, we have our prize support from Impact (cool cool stuff, thanks guys!), and we have at least 10 players attending.
The odd man out team vote is complete: the team is elves. But the "name that team" vote is still taking place at zlurpeebowl.com forum. Go ahead and vote even if you can't make it to the tournament. |

The final award winners looked like this:
Champion Valdric
2nd Place Xtreme
3rd Place Dark Lord
Best D spknox
Most TDs William
Most CAS Jennyafur
Most Sporting William
Best Painted Valdric
Wooden Spoon Short Man
Big Guy Down Short Man
ButterFingers Award Boy_Wonder, and Jennyafur
It was great fun with a good turnout. Next year should be even better (had 4 people tell me at the con they would play next year).
Thanks again to IMPACT! for great prize support. |
