If it would have let me vote, I would have voted for Antipixi's team. 'cause they're nifty.
Same here ... the poll won't let me vote.

It did make a difference!
It seems that only moderators (and higher) where allowed to vote in this forum.
I changed it to registrated members, so go ahead and vote all of you. |

Need an announcement on the front NAF page about this so that as many folks as possible see it .. please?
Voted for the Spartan team. I think its the best "new and different" concept in the bunch.

So did I Galak and I spoke to Woody on the phone just an hour ago and he was going to do a few NAF bits tonight. (I must stress, he has been working incredibly long hours last few weeks). |

Voted Spartans. Amazons and Norse were tempting, but I really like the different look of the Spartans. They would instantly be my human team of choice. I'd even buy, paint, and play them! |

Probably too late, but I think that the Slann team would be a great set of minis:
http://www.talkbloodbowl.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=21443&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
Especially if modelled on the Jaguar Warrior, Crocodile Warrior, Eagle Warrior, etc imagary from Mayan/Aztec/Inca civilisations and WFB 3rd Ed.

As it is, I voted for the Celtic themed team, as I think it would be a truly unique momento to own a team based on the cultural past of the host nation. |

Well.... in the end it had to be antipixi's.
I also loved the spartan imagery, but it didn't feel quite BloodBowl enough for me for some reason.
Dammit, I've already got a half-painted norse team, but if a team came out that looked like Norse's avatar I'd buy them without a second thought. |

I personally wouldn't want Mordredd's idea as Shadowforge already produce a big range of female minis (Nuns, "Bunnies" even Orcs & Dark Elves) so it feels like that area is a bit saturated TBH |

Voted for the cartoon style, although Iam suprised no one submitted a Slann concept - it would have been a perfect way of getting this team!! |

I am not. Look at it from GW's side. If the other gamers or companies release figs for a team that GW havent even sanctioned yet, then why would they bother? Unlike some of our community, I openly accept and am happy with the notion that this is GW's game, they have a need to make a profit and if lots of people make Slaan figs, then who would buy GW's when they release them?
Until GW identify that they would see a return on the investment into new figs, then they have no need to make a team official. If lots of people/companies then make Slann figs, if I were GW, I would not make them official.
It's a game to us, but it's a business to them. |

Antipixi's Chaos (I refuse to sanction the idea of them as Norse ).
That much closer to how a Chaos team should look (to my eyes). |
