They are my nemesis team. I personally think they are a very good team.
I don't have enough current experience to say whether they are broken or not though. |

It depends on the setting really, in a single game their weaknesses are easier to exploit, no skills saurus = reroll sink, no block on skinks = vulnerable, where as in a late game in a league with all the skills etc they will be harsh but this is to be expected, some teams develop well others not as much.
I dont enjoy the idea of playing lizards but then again they dont make me as unconfortable as a good woodelf coach
they are strong but broken might be over reacting. Also the number of games usewd for the stats is fairly limited and the W/L ratio can be as much about the player, luck and setting as it does reflect the race strength.
Maybe using the NAF general rankings, if 1 team is up there more than the others then it could be looked at as being more significant.
