Looking over this I could not really tell,
If I have a full roster, may I fire a player, and "hire" a raised or rotted guy at the same time?
It looks as if they both happen in the same step (hiring and firing). But it says in order to hire the guys you need room on the roster.
Just curious as to what the rest of you guys thought. |

don't know the exact wording but I see no problem with it as long as you only have 16 or less when you are done tinkering |

I believe the short answer is 'yes'...as long as you only have 16 when done as Grumbledook has already pointed out. |

as your roster cannot exceed 16 you must first fire a player then hire the rot to fill that 16th slot |
