Tournament Rules:
This will be a resurrection style tournament where teams are reset after each game. No Spp’s are earned. Swiss style with random pairing for the first round. Please note that you are only playing the opponent directly across from you.

Team Creation:
Teams will be 1250 team value. You must have a 11 players on your team. No mercenaries or star players allowed. The following inducements are permitted:
Bloodweiser Babes
Halfling Master Chef
Igor (for teams that are not allowed an apothecary)
Wandering Apothecaries (Allowed teams only)
You may buy improvements for your players at the stated costs. No more than 3 upgrades/skills per player. No stat may go above 10 and no more than +2 to any stat.
Game Turn Limits:
Each game is scheduled for 4 hours. Each half will end at the 2 hour mark. Fifteen Minutes prior to the end of the half, a “the finish the turn you are on” announcement will be made. Players will finish the current turn and then start the next half. This will be enforced.
Turn Etiquette:
You may bargain and negotiate as much as you like in your own turn or in an opponents coaches turn if they initiate the discussion. However, as all coaches have a time limit for their turns it is impolite and illegal to initiate a discussion during an opponents turn. It is unfair to all coaches at the table for another coach to advise another coaches actions. In other words, every coach must play for themselves only.
Alliance Bowl:
Players may not openly aid other players. You may not throw or handoff a ball to another player on another team. Assisting in blocks and fouls is perfectly acceptable. The only verbal commitment that needs to be honored is at the time the block or foul action is declared. Assists are handled in the same manner as in the rules.
DeathBowl Rules
Pitch and setup:
This game is played on a specially designed pitch. It has it played with 4 teams and 2 balls. Each team will setup as in normal with a minimum of 3 players on the line of scrimmage and no more than 2 players in each wide zone. There is no kick off and the 2 balls are randomly placed in the center by a d4. A d6 is rolled by each coach. The lowest roll sets up first until all teams are setup. Then another d6 is rolled with the highest roll going first. Play continues clockwise around the pitch. After a touchdown is scored, players will setup again. The order of play remains the same throughout the half. Setup order will be done with the lowest on a d6 roll. At the start of the second half, each coach will roll again to determine setup and play order.
Scoring:
Only one touchdown can be scored per drive. The first player to cross into the endzone directly opposite of their own while standing and holding the ball has scored. Once a player scores the drive ends. If a team has possession of both balls in the turn that they scored they may only score with one of them.
Blocks and Fouls:
Players may assist on a block even if they are not on the same team as the player making or receiving the block. They must be adjacent to the player making or receiving the block, agree to assist on the block and they are not in the tackle zone of any other players from a different team. After a block is declared the other involved coaches decide in turn order whom they are assisting or not assisting. Guard works as normal and the same rule applies to fouls.
Halfling Master Chefs:
Masters chefs will only work on the opponent directly across the pitch from the team that has one.
Ball Handling – Passing, Handoff’s and Interceptions:
No player may at any time be in possession of more than one ball. Anytime a player with a ball interacts with the other ball resolve the situation as if they had the “No Hands” skill. The player may not drop the ball he has to attempt to pick up the other. A team may pass and hand-off each ball once a turn. A team may not, however, pass or hand-off the same ball more than once in the same turn, as is the standard rules of the game. The ball may at no time be passed across any of the four corner squares. To determine this when passing a ball, the entire range ruler must be on the playable Pitch area.
Interceptions:
If players from different teams are eligible to make an interception the player closest to the throwing player may make the attempt first. If two or more players are equally close than the coaches roll off to determine which player may make the first attempt. If the first player fails to intercept the next player gets a chance, if the second player fails to make an interception a player from the third team gets a chance. However, each team may only make one interception attempt. If an interception attempt is successful and followed be a successful “Safe Throw” roll, a team who has not yet attempted to intercept can still try. Safe Throw may be used on all successful interceptions in any given turn.

Scoring:
Win vs. Direct opponent 3
Tie vs. Direct opponent 1
Loss vs. Direct opponent 0
Bonus Points:
Scored most TD’s on table 1
Tied for most TD’s on table.5
Most CAS on table 1
Caused 3+ CAS .5

Example: The winning team could get as many as 5.5 points by wining their game 3, scoring the most TD’s 1, most CAS on table 1, and causing 3 or more casualties .5.

Please note that this is a variation from my normal scoring.

Special thanks to Glen (TwoDiceBlock) and Adam(JRock56) Jones for allowing me to copy and use their rule set almost verbatim.

Edit: Updated Scoring
