| Two-day tournaments are worth one extra point. There's only one of those planned for this year (though I'm not sure I can disclose which one yet). Otherwise, it's just determined by attendance. (Four Diamonds and the ACCC tend to be the biggest. You're probably getting 3 or 4 extra points for placing at one of those.) |

(Pretty sure I answered kwarrend privately shortly after this was posted, but I am the answer to both questions.)
ANNOUNCEMENT: Winter Fouling Formal has been postponed until 2019, so Keystone Kup will be taking its place. While this is somewhat inconvenient, it was judged to be better than just shifting to 11 events. |
