Notorious_JTB returns to the helm of the CCKO after an 8 year break. Children eh?
(I don't mean Daggers, but he is also still involved tho)
This year the CCKO will Fight The World (Cup)
When: January 19-20 2019

We have our own room that can hold upto 60 coaches.
Schedule:
Saturday 19th January
9:00 = Registration
9:30-12:00 = Game 1
12:00-13:00 = Lunch
13:00-15:30 = Game 2
15:30-16:00 = Break
16:00-18:30 = Game 3
18:30-19:00 = Raffle Prize Draw***
Sunday 20th January
9:30-12:00 = Game 4
12:00-12:45 = Lunch
12:45-15:15 = Game 5
15:30-16:00 = Prize Ceremony

(My French is awful, so if there is a discrepancy between the French and English please defer to the English) EDIT: SBG helped with the french, and small timers update in version 2.
Price:
NAF member prepayment = $20*
NAF member on the day = $25
Not-NAF member = $30
*Prepayment also gets you tickets for the Raffle for a Nurgle's Rotters Team Box.
All entrants will get a set of the NAF Canada 2019 dice.
It is an individual player tournament but otherwise we will follow the rules for the World Cup in Dornbirn to allow people experience that World Cup Flava.
The rules have been abbreviated and placed in the next comment below.
The main difference is we will play 5 games, 3 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
There will be a number of raffles you can enter by preparing for the tournament before the day. There will be raffles for:
1. Preregistration
2. Prepayment
3. Submission of your two rosters (day 1 and day 2)
If you do all three you will get a set of the alternate NAF Canada 2019 dice.

Division of Races (Tiers)
In order to reduce the unbalancing between the different races the World Cup will be divide the races into four tiers.
Tier 1: Amazons, Bretonnians, Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Norse, Orcs, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elves
Tier 2: Chaos Renegades, Elf Union, High Elves, Humans, Khemri, Necromantic
Tier 3: Daemons of Khorne, Chaos, Nurgle’s Rotters, Slann, Underworld Denizens, Vampires
Tier 4: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres
Team Creation
Teams at the World Cup will be built and will gain improvements (additional skills or stat upgrades) according to their placement in the tier system above. The composition of all teams and all improvements to be taken must be submitted before the tournament.
Team Building
Coaches must spend a minimum of 1,100,000 gold pieces when building their team. When building your team, you may buy:
At least 11 standard roster players before any star player
0-8 Re-Rolls
Assistant coaches
Cheerleaders
0-1 Apothecary or Igor, depending on race
0-9 Fan Factor
Inducements. The cost will be as following and will count for all 9 games:
0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs for each 50 kgp
0-3 Bribes for each 100 kgp, for Goblins only for each 50 kgp
0-1 Masterchef for 300 kgp, for Halflings only 100 kgp
0-2 NAF-approved star players for their regular cost
Wizards, (in)famous coaching staff and/or Special Play Cards are explicitly not allowed at the World Cup
Additional Cash
Each team receives additional funding based on their tier. Starting cash can be used for team building (as above) or used to buy skills or a mixture of both. Cash for day 2 can only be spent on skills in advance of those days.

A ‘normal’ skill costs 20 kgp
A ‘double’ skill costs 30 kgp
Tiers 1-3 are limited to one double skill during the tournament
Tier 4 may have more than one double skill
Your roster can have one player that has two additional skills. Both skills must be normal skills and the second skill has a cost of 30,000 gold pieces. These skills can be added at different times in the event.
Tier 4 may buy a single stat upgrade. This cannot be combined with any other additional skill.
+ MA / AV costs 40,000 gold pieces,
+ AG 50,000 gold pieces and
+ ST 60,000 gold pieces.
Star players may not receive additional skills or stat upgrades
All gold left unspent each day is lost, and does not carry over to subsequent days. If you choose to not spend all of your gold, the organizing committee thanks you for your contribution to our bar tab!
Ranking
Each coach will get “Coach Points†(CP) each round
Win: 5 Points
Tie: 2 Points
Loss: 0 Points
Concession: -5 Points **)
**) A concession will be counted for touchdowns and casualties as 2:0 each for the opponent.
For determining the final standing and crowning the World Champion Coach the following order will be applied:

Opponent score
Head-to-head performance to determine the World Champion
Net touchdowns
Net casualties
Public coin toss to determine the World Champion (for ranking: electronic coin toss)[/u]
2 Groupes des Races (Tiers)

Les entraîneurs devront dépenser un minimun de 1 100 000 pièces d’or quand ils construisent leur équipe. Lors de la construction, vous pouvez acheter:

Sorciers, Membres de Staff Célèbres et/ou Cartes de Jeux Spéciales sont explicitement interdits pour la Coupe du Monde.
Cash supplémentaire
Chaque équipe reçoit des financements supplémentaires en fonction de leur Tier. Le financement de départ peut être utilisé pour la construction d’équipe (voir ci-dessus) ou pour acheter des compétences ou bien une combinaison des deux. Le cash pour les jours 2 peut seulement être dépensé en compétence en avance de ses jours-là .

Une compétence “normale†coûte 20 kpo
Une compétence “double†coûte 30kpo
Les Tiers 1-3 sont limités à une double compétence pendant le tournoi.
Le Tier 4 peut avoir plus qu’une double compétence.
Votre roster peut avoir un joueur ayant deux compétences supplémentaires, qui doivent être normales et dont la seconde a un coût de 30 000 pièces d’or. Ces compétences peuvent être ajoutées à différents moments au cours de l’évènement.
Le Tier 4 peut acheter une amélioration simple de leur stat. Cela ne peut pas être combiné avec d’autres compétences supplémentaires.
+ MA / AV coûte 40,000 pièces d’or,
+ AG 50,000 pièces d’or et
+ ST 60,000 pièces d’or.
Les joueurs star ne peuvent pas recevoir de compétences supplémentaires ou d’amélioration de leur caractéristiques.
L’or qui n’est pas dépensé à la fin de la journée est perdu, et ne peut être reporté sur les jours suivants. Si vous choisissez de ne pas dépenser tout votre or, le comité d’organisation vous remercie pour votre contribution à ses “tournéesâ€!
Joueur individuel
Le système suivant sera utilisé pour déterminer le classement individuel:
Chaque entraîneur aura des Points entraîneur (CP) à chaque tour.
Victoire : 5 Points
Égalité: 2 Point
Défaite 0 Point
Abandon -5 Points **)
**) un abandon sera compté pour les touchdowns et les blessures comme 2-0 pour l’adversaire.
Pour déterminer le classement final et l’entraineur champion du monde l’ordre suivant sera appliqué:

3 on Saturday 2 on Sunday. So we have time to Socialize!
We are going to do raffles for prepayment and submission of the rosters too

To make sure i do undertand the rules properly :
Exemple : Tier 1 team start with 1,100,000 for team creation. Then get 60,000 more to buy skill or anything else on the team. Then get 80,000 on day 2 for more skills?

Exactly right on the build Chris.
I will clean up the rules to say it better. I copy and pasted from the World Cup site and some formatting has been lost.
I also want to have the rules available in French, so if I simplify them first, the translation is easier
UPDATE: Tojurub told me that they already did the rules in 4 languages, of course they did. French rules included above.
For payment, interact transfer is great. The tournament will be $20 for NAF members who prepay. Email is notorious.jtb@gmail.com
