FAQs
What is King of Kings (Rey de Reyes)?
It is a ranking based on the results obtained in the tournaments held throughout the year in Spain.
Which tournaments count for the ranking?
All those that have a minimum of 20 participants and voluntarily want to participate in the King of Kings by sending the classification of the same. In 2022 there were counted 59 tournaments.
King of Kings Schedule
Qualifying begins the same weekend as REVA 2023, i.e. the weekend of January 28th and 29th. And it lasts until the previous weekend of the REVA 2024. In the event that REVA 2024 is not held for any reason, the classification will be closed on January 31.
During REVA 2024, if there are any prizes and it is agreeable to the REVA organization, they will be given to the winners or whoever can collect them on their behalf.
General Classification, Stunty and Masters Cup
The King of Kings is divided into three classifications:
-Overall. It represents the absolute big winner, the best coach of the year.
-Stunty. Represents the winner of stunty races (goblins, halflings, ogres and snotlings).
-Masters Cup. Represents the top finisher of Masters tournaments.
Masters Tournaments
The Masters tournaments are those that have voluntarily wanted to collaborate with the King of Kings by making some kind of contribution in order to award prizes to the winners of the King of Kings.
Points according to the ranking in a tournament
Each player in a tournament who participates in the King of Kings receives points based on his or her position in the standings.
The top ten finishers receive 15 to 1 point in descending order. The first placed player receives 15 points, the second 12 points, the third 9 points, the fourth 8 points, the fifth 7 points, the sixth 6 points, the seventh 5 points, the eighth 4 points, the ninth 3 points, the tenth 2 points and the eleventh 1 point.
In addition, each participant receives 1 extra point for every ten participants below him/her up to a maximum of 15 extra points. A player finishing first in a 31-player tournament would receive a total of 18 points, 15 points for being first, plus 3 points for having 30 players below him. In a 251-player tournament, the first would receive 15 points for being first, then he should receive 25 bonus points for having 250 players below him, but he receives only 15 bonus points which is the maximum in points for participants below him in the standings.
These bonus points represent the difference between winning a tournament like the REVA with more than 200 players or a tournament with 30 players.
Points depending on whether the tournament is a one-day or two-day tournament
Two-day tournaments will count points in full, but one-day tournaments will only count half points.
Candidates and participants
The ranking is divided into two groups, the candidates for the King of Kings and the participants of the ranking.
In order to participate in the general classification and the masters cup you must have played a minimum of three tournaments with three different races.
In order to participate in the stunty classification, a minimum of three tournaments with stunty races must have been played, regardless if they are all three tournaments with the same stunty race.
Maximum points limit per player
The limitation of points, as previously mentioned the maximum points that can be obtained in a tournament is 30 for the winner. This would be equivalent to 15 points for being first plus 15 points for having 150 players or more below him.
Maximum limit of scoring tournaments per player
In order to avoid that players who have participated in a lot of tournaments are above other players who have played less but have played better, there is a limit on the number of tournaments that can be scored per player.
To represent this, only the best combination that each player has in his best six days of tournaments will be counted. This means that the tournaments with the best score will be counted for a total of six days: one two-day tournament and four one-day tournaments; or two two two-day tournaments and two one-day tournaments; or six one-day tournaments.
Tiebreakers
In case of a tie in points between two players, the tie-breaker will be made in the following order: fewer tournaments played (it is valued to have scored more points in fewer opportunities), maximum points in a tournament (it is valued to have been better classified in larger tournaments), and finally, random.
Prizes
The tournaments that so wish can make a contribution to make the prizes of the King of Kings, those tournaments that make a contribution will become Masters tournaments and will enter in the classification of the Masters Cup.
The suggestion is a contribution of 2€, but if you want to donate more, or apart from this symbolic amount you also want to contribute miniatures, dice or other things related to Blood Bowl will be welcome. All the money will be used for the manufacture/printing of the prizes, and all the gifts will be given to the winners of the King of Kings.

Ranking update
The ranking will be available at the link that can be found at the beginning of this post, and we will try to update it at least once a month, trying to update it whenever possible every two weeks, except the last weeks when it will not be updated to try to keep the suspense of the winner, if possible.

And the good part begins, we already have the first classification with six tournaments included: REVA 13, Mollete Bowl, Octobus Bowl II, II Tostons Bowl, Cierzo Bowl and IX Hispania Bowl. At the end of the month we will have a massive updated with more than 40 tournaments which will be included in the ranking.
With these tournaments we already have four players who have entered the general classification, which is led by javin23 for a total of 328 players. On the other hand, in the Stunty classification, only one player has played three games with these small races, the brave gangcha, who is the leader of the 27 players that compose it. Meanwhile, in the Master Cup, with a total of 312 players, only two have entered the final ranking, which is led by the good Emi.
But watch out, March comes lively with up to 13 tournaments, everything is about to change.

It's been months, well, to be honest, it's been many months, but after a convulsive time, without much free time, with a Bilbali and a World Cup in between, we have an update of the King of Kings ranking. A total of 38 tournaments have been added to the list out of the 57 played so far, I hope that in the coming weeks some more of those that have already been played can be added to the ranking. A total of 811 trainers are participating in the ranking, of which 131 have entered for the title with three tournaments with three different breeds, it has been noticed that people have been practicing for the world championship with the same breed and I am sure that this number will increase in the coming weeks.
In the overall standings Shirokov is leading by only half a point against Javin23, 62.5 points to 62 points. A fierce fight between these two titans of Blood Bowl. In third place, Pacho is already some distance behind with 58 points, but anything is possible in the three months and a bit that remain.
In the stunty classification Misifu is the undisputed leader with 48.5 points, in second place is Mordekay with three points difference and vikingkop in third place with four and a half points. There are a total of 117 entries in the standings and 17 contenders for the title. Everything is still to be decided, and with many tournaments still to be played, anything can happen.
Finally, in the Master Cup, with 21 participating tournaments, the leader is Javin23 with 58.5 points, followed by

New update, with a lot of new tournaments, reaching 50 tournaments counted, and with many changes in the standings.
In the stunty ranking we went from 115 players to 149, of which 28 are in the final ranking. Although there is still no movement in the leading position and Misifu remains well on top with 52 points, new players are fighting to take his place. Above all, bubba, who has exactly the same 52 points, and who only by the tiebreaker of best result in a tournament is in second place. And javin23, who is in all of them, climbs to third place with 47 points. It looks like it's going to be a very interesting three months in this ranking.
In the overall standings we have a surprise at the top, while Shirokov was able to improve half a point to 63, javin23 has made a great sprint to 65 points. There are still three months of tournaments left, some of them with a big turnout, which could well change the balance again, or create more distance between the new leader and his pursuers. In the rest of the ranking, new names enter the top 10, such as Jazmin and dake, and we went from 131 players in the final ranking to 189, and from a total of 811 participants to 927, three months to try to reach the 1,000 active players.
Meanwhile, in the master cup, we only added two new tournaments, so the ranking does not move much. There are 18 new players in the final classification, and at the top, javin23 with 58.2 points, followed by Shirokov with 52.5 and abaddon with 51.5, a big difference with the first place, but if javin23 takes the general classification, the Master Cup will be in the hands of the second classified, so the fight between Shirokov and abaddon for a second place seems more interesting than it might seem.
There are three months left, the January tournaments until the 2024 REVA count for 2023, so there is still a lot that can change. If there are no setbacks, there will be a new public update in early December and then, until the winners are known, the suspense will remain.

After the hangover from the REVA, I bring you the winners and the final standings of the King of Kings. So, first things first.
King of Kings Champion [add drum roll]: javin23!
Master Cup Champion: Shirokov
Stunty Champion: bubba
Sevens Champion: calltroop
javin23 was the winner with 66 points, followed by Shirokov with 63 and Pacho finished third with 58. This podium was the result of a total of no more and no less than 70 tournaments counted, with a total of 1096 trainers entering the ranking, of which 275 entered the final ranking with at least three tournaments played with three different races. Some curious facts, the trainers who played the most tournaments were javin23 and Emiliakus with a total of 24 tournaments, followed by abaddon with 22 and bubba with 21.
In the Masters Cup, javin23 was also the champion with 58.5 points, but as the rules state, the same coach cannot win two prizes, so it was Shirokov, who came second with 53.3 points, who took the trophy. Third was abaddon with 51.5 points. In the Master Cup have participated a total of 27 tournaments, which contributed to make the incredible trophies that you can see below made by Kowalsky, from here my thanks to all these tournaments that make possible these awards, and Kowalsky because every year he works hard even though it is not easy, the King of Kings would not be possible without them.
Por su parte, el premio Stunty fue el más reñido de todos ellos, ya que solo medio punto separó al campeón del segundo. bubba se llevó el trofeo con 55 puntos y un gran año con snotlings, seguido por Misifú con 54.5 y también un gran año con ogros y halflings. En esta clasificación ha habido un total 183 valientes que han jugado torneos con stunties, y que merecen todo nuestro respeto, aunque ahora con los Star Players no es como antes 
Finalmente, en la clasificación de Sevens, con seis torneos contabilizados y un total de 65 jugadores, el campeón ha sido calltroop con un total de 24.5 puntos, seguido en segunda posición por Dr_Mckey con 17.5 y el tercer puesto ha sido para javin23.
A continuación podéis comprobar las clasificaciones finales y los magníficos trofeos creados por kowalsky y los pins oficiales de la NAF que se entregaron a los mejores clasificados de la clasificación general y al campeón stunty.
