For all of you out there, who, like me, own a complete Bloodbowl box, have no intention of ever painting a whole plastic human team, and need a referee figure for the new "I've got my eye on you!" rule, here's a little idea for a cheap, quick and easy conversion (please excuse the bad picture):
The miniature is human catcher, with the glove cut off at the wrist and replaced with the right hand of a lineman. The red card is a piece of blister plastic inserted into a slit cut between index finger and thumb with a scalpel and fixed with superglue. Quick-and-dirty paint job on top of this, and you've got a nice functional ref without spending a buck or wracking precious metal miniatures. |

just like I said:
Nice work, but to me the plastic are sacred.
if you have any figure that you don't want, send it to me.
I'll give them a good home, and games each week. |
